Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how top-ups, refunds, and cancellations work for the Yantra AI Service operated by Aditya Sunil Borgaonkar.

1. Prepaid Credits

Yantra AI is a prepaid service. You add credits in INR to your account, and each API request deducts credits based on the tokens processed and the published per-model pricing. Credits are consumed as you use the Service.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Consumed credits are non-refundable, as the corresponding services (AI requests routed to third-party providers) have already been delivered and paid for on your behalf.
• Unused credits: you may request a refund of your remaining, unused credit balance within 7 days of the relevant top-up. We do not charge a processing fee on refunds of unused credits.
• Duplicate or failed charges: if you were charged but credits were not added (e.g. a payment captured without crediting), contact us and we will reconcile and refund the affected amount.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your account email and the relevant order/transaction ID. We may ask for additional verification to prevent fraud.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.

5. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Closing your account stops future usage; any eligible unused balance is handled per Section 2.

6. Service Changes

If we discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable notice and refund eligible unused credit balances in accordance with applicable law.
